Waste-Free Dinner at Jo’s!

March 8, 2010

Reusable plates and utensils are a great way to go green!

Did you know?

Americans toss out enough plastic forks, knives & spoons each year to circle the equator 300 times!

Food related waste is a large part of our daily eco footprint, especially for college students! Just think about it! How many plastic forks, paper plates and coffee cups do you use everyday?

Reducing your waste is an easy step you can take to help the planet! So…

Join EcoReps at Jo’s this Thursday 3/11/10 at 7pm for a Waste-Free dinner! Bring your own plate and fork and enjoy Jo’s food without the waste!

Don’t have your own plate and fork?

Don’t worry, we got you covered! EcoReps will be selling plates and utensils for under $4!

EcoReps will be on had to discuss waste-reduction, recycling, green living habits and what makes the best make-you-own salad combo!

See you there!
